Bolivian contemporary composer whose aesthetic focuses on the narrative dimension of music. His compositional language engages with diverse traditions, exploring the boundaries between the past and hybridity to create new Andean sound worlds. 

He is the first recipient of the Premio Sur de Música Nueva Latinoamericana. He has also received First Prize and the Audience Award at the Euregio Klassika International Composition Competition (Italy, 2024), as well as distinctions in international competitions in Ukraine, Spain, Luxembourg, the United States, Bolivia, and Argentina. He is a member of the Argentine Association of Composers. 

He studied at the Hochschule für Musik Karlsruhe (Germany), London College of Music (England), Universidad Nacional de las Artes (Argentina), and Conservatorio Plurinacional de Música (Bolivia).
